HOA HOI INDUSTRIAL PARK INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTOR CONGRATULATES TNB (VIETNAM) ON THE GROUNDBREAKING OF ITS NEW FACTORY IN BINH DINH

On May 8, 2025, at Hoa Hoi Industrial Park (Cat Hanh Commune, Phu Cat District, Binh Dinh Province), TNB (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. – a subsidiary of HGQ Group (Japan) – solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for its new garment manufacturing factory. The event was attended by partners, contractors, and numerous distinguished guests from both Vietnam and abroad.

TNB (Vietnam)’s factory project covers a total area of over 8 hectares, including 65,000 square meters of construction space, with a total investment of VND 850 billion (equivalent to USD 33 million). This is one of the largest and most prominent projects being developed in Hoa Hoi Industrial Park in 2025. Notably, TNB is a Tier-1 supplier to the global fashion brand UNIQLO, under Fast Retailing Group (Japan).

A representative from Phuc Loc Industrial Park Development and Investment Corporation – the infrastructure investor of Hoa Hoi Industrial Park – attended the ceremony and extended warm congratulations to the leadership and entire staff of TNB (Vietnam).

The groundbreaking ceremony took place in a formal yet warm atmosphere, featuring traditional rituals such as incense offering, groundbreaking (sand-shoveling), and speeches from representatives of the investor and the main contractor – Zhong Bo Construction Group Co., Ltd. (Vietnam). This event marks not only the commencement of a major industrial project, but also serves as a testament to Binh Dinh Province’s growing appeal to foreign direct investment (FDI) in recent years.

Once operational, the factory is expected to create thousands of stable jobs for local workers, contributing significantly to the region’s socio-economic development.
