SinoBridge Connects Phuc Loc Group and China’s Construction Giant for Infrastructure Development
On the sidelines of the Vietnam-China Economic & Technical Cooperation Conference 2026 (SBV2026), SinoBridge Vietnam successfully organized a one-on-one working session between Phuc Loc Group and China’s No. 2 Construction Bureau. This event opens up prospects for large-scale cooperation in the field of industrial infrastructure in Vietnam.

“Handshake” between two Group
The meeting took place in an open atmosphere, focusing on understanding the capabilities and complementary potential between the two leading businesses.
On the part of Phuc Loc Group, the company affirmed its superior advantages thanks to its clean land fund, deep understanding of legal matters, and ability to coordinate on-site implementation. In particular, the Phuc Son Industrial Park project (Ninh Binh) is considered a key focus in its strategy to improve infrastructure quality to attract international FDI

Meanwhile, China’s Second Construction Bureau brings with it the extensive experience of a major player in EPC and Design-Build general contracting for global-scale infrastructure projects. This unit has expressed particular interest in the Vietnamese market and is ready to start with pilot projects to assess suitability before expanding cooperation.

The role of a neutral coordinating body
The success of the meeting marks an important milestone for SinoBridge Vietnam in its role of connecting and building trust. Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien – Head Representative of SinoBridge Vietnam shared: “The goal of the meeting was to lay the first brick for understanding and transparency, creating a foundation for a long journey together.”

SinoBridge is committed to continuing its collaboration to: Standardize information and technical coordination between the two parties; Minimize risks related to legal and technical standard discrepancies; and Ensure a systematic and sustainable partnership.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to establish a platform for dialogue and will continue to exchange views in depth at the technical level.

Experts believe that the tripartite connection model, with the involvement of a coordinating unit like SinoBridge Vietnam, is an effective approach. This method not only promotes Vietnam-China industrial infrastructure projects but also contributes to improving the quality of investment attraction in the new phase.
