General information about Hoa Hoi Industrial Park
Hoa Hoi Industrial Zone in Binh Dinh province is approved based on the list of IZ development planning in Vietnam to 2015 and vision to 2020 which was approved by the Decision No. 1107/QD-TTg dated Aug 21, 2006 of the Prime Minister. Hoa Hoi Industrial Park is invested by Phuc Loc Industrial Park Development Investment Corporation (PHUCLOC IDC Corporation), which is invested properly and synchronously with full utilities. The project has an area of 266.18 hectares with a large construction investment. After going into operation, it will attract about 1 billion USD in investment capital, create jobs for about 20,000 to 30,000 employees. Hoa Hoi Industrial Park is oriented to be a key industrial zone in the Central and Central Highlands regions.
Our targets are aiming to build and develop Industrial Parks with high added value, green and clean industrial parks, to attain inclusive and sustainable industrial parks, coincide with the characteristics of each locality area. Hoa Hoi Industrial Park, a multi-sector industrial park, aiming to attract low-polluting industries such as Manufacture of electrical and electronic components and equipment; Manufacturing machinery, assembling cars and motorbikes; Food production and processing; Packaging manufacturing industry, light industry and textiles, footwear; Manufacture of drugs, pharmaceutical chemicals and pharmaceutical materials; Manufacturing products from plastic and other supporting industries with environmentally friendly technology.

Location
Hoa Hoi Industrial Park located in a geographical and prime location for industrial development of Binh Dinh province. The industrial park located adjacent to National Highway 1A, North-South railway and provincial road No. 634 – the National life-line, connecting Binh Dinh with many provinces and cities such as Ha Noi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh, … as well as Phu Cat Airport and Quy Nhon International Seaport, which is very convenient for importing and transporting goods and materials.
Hoa Hoi IP is about 5km from National Highway 19 – a significant routes connecting Binh Dinh to West highlands provinces, Southern Laos and Northeastern Cambodia (Binh Dinh is considered one of the most convenient gateways to the sea of the Central Highlands provinces and the southern regions of Laos and Cambodia). The roads inside IP are planned in square pattern and spread asphalt with heavy loading to ensure favourable transportation to each land lot.
Rainwater collection and drainage system with diameter from D600-D2000 is arranged underground and along the roads, designed underground the sidewalk
Power is supplied sufficiently and stably. Two lines of 35KV from Sub-Station 110/22KV of Binh Dinh Province receiving the extra high voltage directly from the national line. The electricity will be supplied to the land border of all tenants and will be increased to meet the consumption of investors.
Water supply station with capacity 7,000m3/day. The water supply capacity will be increased to meet the consumption of investors. Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems are separately built.
The wastewater treatment plan with total capacity: 4,800m3/day and night, in which the first phase 1,200 m3/day and night. The wastewater treatment capacity will be increased to meet the consumption of investors. Wastewater is primary collected and treated up to standard inside the plot before being discharged, ensuring control of industrial wastewater and waste.
The water supply network for firefighting is designed in conjunction with the potable water supply network, which is located along the roads. The distance among fire hydrants is 150m with a diameter of D125mm.
Hoa Hoi IP is equipped with modern telecommunication system, meeting the communication demand of multi-services such as Internet, ADSL, Video Conference, VOIP, Fax, etc. An optical fiber system is installed underground to every factory to ensure high-speed communication without interruption.
Green trees are planted and taken care of in accordance with approved planning to ensure green – fresh – beautiful industrial zone. Area of green tree is about ≥10% of total one with the bush and some trees along all roads.
