- Project Discription
- Decision of the Investor
- Minutes of Meeting of BOM (with full signature of members).
- Consular legalized copy of 2 latest audited financial statement from parent company; or statement on financial capability of investor (Bank account statment) – Legalized and translated to Vietnamese.
- Consular legalized copy of Certificate of incorporation
or certificate of business registration, or equivelant documents and Charter Company (legalized and translated to Vietnamese). - Consular legalized copy of Passport of the Legal Representative of Investor (legalized and translated to Vietnamese).
02.Documents for Business Registration Certificate (BRC)
- Letter of Request for issuance the Business Registration Certificate
- Charter of Company in Vietnam
- List of Authorized Representatives of Company
- Power of attorney – signed by the investor to the person (organization) submitting the application documents.
