A working delegation from Ninh Bình Province surveys green industrial and high-tech models in Yunnan (China).
“As part of the working trip to Yunnan Province (China), on November 22, the Ninh Bình provincial delegation — consisting of leaders from the Departments of Industry and Trade, Culture and Sports, Tourism, the Management Board of the Economic Zone and Industrial Parks, along with representatives of the provincial business community — conducted a field survey of several exemplary economic models in Luoxi County and Mile City.”

In Luoxi County, the delegation learned about the model of sustainable industrial development and agricultural product processing at the Luoxi Green and Low-Carbon Pilot Industrial Park. The delegates were briefed on the overall planning, circular wastewater treatment technologies, and the roadmap for developing an environmentally friendly ecosystem.

The delegation then surveyed the production lines of Yunnan Shenwu Food Co., Ltd. (specializing in closed-loop poultry processing) and Lan Yi Liquor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Luoxi County. These enterprises represent exemplary models in enhancing the added value of agricultural products and building supply chains that connect raw material areas with modern processing facilities.
In Mile City, the delegation continued surveying high-tech industrial models and business support services. The delegation visited Mile Haotong Technology Co., Ltd., a company specializing in the research and production of model aircraft engines, agricultural drones, and sports aviation equipment for export to European and American markets.

During the working program in Mile City, the delegation conducted field surveys at the Enterprise Service Center of the Mile Industrial Park and the Jiuhongshi Product Consumption Center. Here, the ‘Integrated Industrial–Urban Development Zone’ model—with clearly defined functional subdivisions such as the green food processing zone, the biopharmaceutical zone (BioValley), and the new materials zone—left a strong impression on the delegation.
Through these on-site surveys, the members of the delegation gained valuable experience in planning industrial development spaces that harmonize with urbanization and ecological landscape protection, as well as in infrastructure planning, processing technologies, and multi-sector investment attraction. These insights will help strengthen their advisory role in developing next-generation industrial parks in the province, following the orientation of ‘Green – Sustainable’ development.
