Recently, Soilbuild Integrated Real Estate Group (Singapore) officially announced the expansion of investment and development of industrial real estate in Vietnam through the launch event of the Soilbuild International brand.

The project is located in WHA Industrial Park 2 Nghe An, with an area of ​​15.6 hectares, the project is expected to start construction in June 2024 and hand over phase 1 in the first quarter of 2025.

Within the framework of the event, Ms. Anchalee Prasertchand, Vice President of WHA Group, a leading industrial park infrastructure developer, awarded the Land Use Rights Certificate to Soilbuild, thereby establishing a solid foundation for Long-term cooperative relationships between companion units.
